SUNBURY – Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) has announced that Randy Nosal, a department service officer with the American Legion, Department of Pennsylvania, will be in her Sunbury district office to assist veterans with their questions about benefits and to help file claims.
Nosal will be in Culver’s district office, located at 106 Arch St., Sunbury, on Wednesday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. He is scheduled to be at the Sunbury office on the first Wednesday of every month to offer these services, and can assist with the following issues:
