Culver Invites Those Involved with Agriculture to Annual Farmers Breakfast on Feb. 22
SUNBURY – Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) is inviting those involved with the agriculture industry in the 108th District to attend her annual Farmers Breakfast. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 9 a.m., at the Christ Community United Methodist Church, located at 3939 Park Road in Selinsgrove.

“Agriculture in our region dates back to our earliest roots,” Culver said. “Today it is still our No. 1 industry in the state and one of our most successful and important industries locally. This event is always informative and a great opportunity for our farmers to have their voices heard. We are looking forward to another meaningful event.”

Penn State College of Agriculture Sciences Dean Rick Roush will be the guest speaker at this event, and his presentation will focus on highlighting the opportunities and addressing the challenges within our state’s vital agriculture industry.

Those interested in attending must call Culver’s office at 570-286-5885 or toll-free at 1-800-924-9060 to RSVP for this event before Thursday, Feb. 15. The event is being sponsored by West Milton State Bank. A group from the church will again be catering the breakfast.
