Monthly Snyder County Office Hours Scheduled, Says Culver
New outreach in Freeburg to begin in April

SUNBURY – Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) recently announced that her office will begin hosting monthly office hours in Snyder County, in an effort to provide optimal service to all residents of the 108th District.
A member of Culver’s staff will be available to assist residents on the first Thursday of each month, from 10 a.m. to noon, beginning on April 2. This monthly service will take place at the Freeburg Community Center, located at 11 E. Church St., in Freeburg.
“This is a new monthly outreach in Snyder County,” Culver explained. “If we see an increased need or demand to extend the hours in future months, we will do so to meet the needs of the residents.”
Every 10 years, the Legislature is constitutionally required to craft a plan defining new district boundaries to reflect population changes recorded in the census data. The new boundaries for the 108th District include Chapman, Union and Washington townships and Freeburg Borough, all in Snyder County, Culver explained.
“We welcome residents from the new portion of the district, and I encourage those who need assistance with a state-related issue to take advantage of these monthly office hours in Freeburg,” Culver said.
