HARRISBURG – State Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) recently received an award as recipient of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in PA Initiative’s “Advocate for Excellence.” The honor was officially announced in June while Culver was recovering from kidney transplant surgery, leaving her unable to receive the award in person.
Pictured with Culver (from left) are Jessica Williamson, Ashley Gable, Shjon Watlington and Amy Gable from ABA Support Services LLC, and Christabel Smith from C. Smith Consulting.
The ABA in PA Initiative consists of parents, industry professionals, and lawmakers dedicated to change the future for all children in Pennsylvania with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by ensuring access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy via Medical Assistance.
